Interview Process

  1. Apply and Receive Assignment: As part of the interview process at Avadhuta Technologies, candidates will be given an assignment project to complete.
     

  2. Completion of Assignment: Candidates are required to complete the assignment project according to the given guidelines and requirements.
     

  3. Share Code Repository: Once the assignment is completed, candidates need to share their code repository with the Avadhuta Technologies team. The repository should be accessible to the evaluators by providing the necessary permissions or sharing a link with appropriate access privileges.
     

  4. Evaluation of Architecture and Coding Standards: The Avadhuta Technologies team will thoroughly evaluate the architecture, coding standards, and overall quality of the submitted work. Attention will be given to the design choices, scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
     

  5. Technical Round Discussion and Demo: Upon reviewing the assignment submission, Avadhuta Technologies will set up a meeting with the candidate for a technical round discussion. Role Description

Avadhuta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and back-end developers to develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications.
     

  2. Design and implement responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
     

  3. Develop server-side logic and database integration using languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
     

  4. Utilize front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Express.js or Spring) to build efficient and interactive web applications.
     

  5. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code to ensure the reliability and performance of our applications.
     

  6. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
     

  7. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure seamless user experiences and high-quality software.
